<p>Chick-fil-A</p> <p>Role Description:</p> <p>The Team Leader supports the Leader on Duty (LOD) by leading through example, coaching, and holding team members accountable to Chick-fil-A's culture and operational standards. This role ensures effective shift preparation, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving.
