Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>Be the connection between customer needs and smart, reliable solutions.</p> <p>As a Product Specialist, you'll turn customer requirements into clear, accurate, and compelling proposals for our Switchgear Overhead Recloser (OH) portfolio. You'll work at the center of sales, engineering, and operations-solving problems, providing real time support, and helping customers move forward with confidence in a fast paced environment.</p> <p>This role is based at Eaton's South Milwaukee, WI site and follows a weekly hybrid schedule of three days in office/two days at home.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Build customer ready proposals that combine pricing, lead times, technical details, and commercial terms. </li><li>Partner closely with field sales to provide guidance, training, budget pricing, and presales technical support. </li><li>Clarify incomplete or complex requests and recommend product options, alternates, and accessories. </li><li>Support order accuracy, approval drawings, change requests, and ongoing customer needs. </li><li>Use customer and sales feedback to improve proposal quality and customer experience. </li><li>Maintain pricing accuracy, support process improvements, and uphold ISO standards. </li><li>Collaborate across engineering, scheduling, production, and quality teams to deliver solutions that work. </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy blending technical thinking with customer focus-and want a role where your contributions are visible and valued-this is your opportunity.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution </li><li>Minimum one year of work experience in product support, customer service, inside sales, or proposal support </li><li>No relocation is offered for this role. Only candidates residing within a 50 mile radius of South Milwaukee, WI will be considered.
