<p>Job Requirements</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The Information Technology (IT) Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), leading technology-related projects and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The IT Project Manager focuses on disciplined project management, governance, and portfolio oversight while driving the successful delivery of IT initiatives. The IT Project Manager coordinates and oversees the Health First Integrated Delivery Network's (IDN) project intake, execution, and closeout, supporting both strategic alignment and operational excellence. The IT Project Manager will lead and manage IT projects with a strong focus on establishing and maintaining project management standards within the EPMO. The IT Project Managerdrives consistency, governance, and reporting across IT initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Additionally, the IT Project Manager will play a key role in building out EPMO processes, frameworks, and tools, while supporting service delivery and continuous improvement efforts across IT.</p> <p>PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Leads IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals are met such as; project objectives, developing detailed project plans, and managing project resources. </li><li>Matures and upholds comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and status reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate, transparent and reported to provide visibility into project status, risks, and issues for leadership and stakeholders. </li><li>Collaborates with IDN councils to ensure that IT projects align with organizational priorities and strategic goals. </li><li>Facilitates the intake and prioritization of IT project requests through the IDN's governance process, ensuring that projects are evaluated and approved based on their strategic value and resource availability. </li><li>Guides, directs, and supports cross-functional project teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project deliver such as; coordinating team activities, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative team environment. </li><li>Serves as the central point of contact for project communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle such as; preparing and delivering regular project updates for governance forums and leadership committees. </li><li>Develops and maintains strong relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and support for project objectives. </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field. </li><li>Work Experience: Five (5) years' experience in IT project management. </li><li>Licensure: None </li><li>Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification prior to start date and maintained. </li><li>Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: </li><li>Proven ability to manage projects using structured methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid). </li><li>Experience with IT service management and an understanding of problem, incident, and change management processes. </li><li>Strong organizational, documentation, and governance skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration across diverse teams. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping. </li><li>Long periods of computer time or at workstation. </li><li>Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance. </li><li>May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise. </li><li>Communicating with others to exchange information. </li><li>Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks. </li><li>Workspace may vary from open to confined. </li><li>May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>ABOUT HEALTH FIRST</p> <p>At Health First, diversity and inclusion are essential for our continued growth and evolution.
