Join us in growing all aspects of our business while embodying these values.</p> <p>Job Purpose:</p> <p>Our Sales Administrators work behind the scenes to ensure customer satisfaction, by supporting Sales Teams in the delivery of new and used trucks. By providing seamless coordination and efficient service, they create positive experiences for customers. Our Sales Administrators seek innovative solutions for customers. Demonstrating good stewardship, they ensure every customer receives their truck as promised, while maintaining the highest standards of service and reliability. The Sales Administrator Lead will specifically provide support and assistance for more complex situations, particularly in the titling of vehicles.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Honor Commitments:</p> <ul> <li>Be a key resource in the processing of truck deals, assuring accurate and timely results. Play a lead role resolving problems and issues. </li><li>Play a leadership role with regard to titling paperwork, perfecting liens, and maintaining legal and regulatory compliance. </li><li>Process all deal paperwork pre and post-sale, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation. </li></ul> <p>Create Positive Experiences:</p> <ul> <li>Provide exceptional customer service to all internal customers and partnering business units, ensuring positive and supportive interactions. </li><li>Work directly with the sales executives to help facilitate discounts and log approved requests when received, creating a seamless and efficient experience for team members. </li></ul> <p>Foster Lifelong Learning:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in creating the documentation needed for financing equipment, promoting continuous learning and understanding of financial processes. </li><li>Enter, maintain, and review information relevant to the sale of trucks into the business systems and accounting software, continuously improving knowledge and skills. </li></ul> <p>Exhibit a Pioneering Spirit:</p> <ul> <li>Set up purchased units, off-lease units, and used truck trade-ins, seeking innovative solutions to streamline operations and meet deadlines. </li><li>Produce and distribute miscellaneous reports as requested, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Demonstrate Good Stewardship:</p> <ul> <li>Manage warranty documentation submission and process payment when needed, ensuring responsible financial management. </li><li>Reconcile outstanding purchase orders, maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial records. </li><li>Process check requests for pay-offs, refunds, titling, and miscellaneous requests, managing resources responsibly to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned, maintaining a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach in all tasks to support the overall success of the team and company. </li></ul> <p>Other Duties as Assigned:</p> <ul> <li>Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives. </li></ul> <p>The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.</p> <p>An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
