<p>Job Description</p> <p>Description</p> <p>SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator for the shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation afloat mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands.</p> <p>This position is contingent upon award news, expected early 2026.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Perform Systems Integration support for stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for C5ISR systems </li><li>Plan and delivery of high-quality Systems Integration deliverables including contract CDRLS in support of program requirements </li><li>Develop, update, and maintain project Systems integration documents including stage 4 and 5 test procedures, ICDs, Block Diagrams, schematics, technical and operational manuals for C5ISR systems </li><li>Communicate to assigned Project Manager all key project systems integration plans, and engineering changes including requirements, C5ISR systems configurations and status, schedule, and scope changes </li><li>Assess engineering change proposals and document risks and impacts to project milestones and deliverables </li><li>Support the proactive identification and mitigation of risks </li><li>Works with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure successful shipboard industrial test procedures development and testing </li></ul> <p>Please view our program page for more information and view all open positions available: https://jobs.saic.com/pages/shipyardc5isr-careers</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors and nine (9) years or more relevant experience with one or more C5ISR systems: radio communication racks, Interior Communications (Alarm/Safety/Warning), shipboard CGOne/ Unclass/SIPRNET LANs, Surface Search Radar, Navigation Distribution system, Integrated Bridge System; additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree </li></ul> <p>Required Security Clearance:</p> <ul> <li>Must have an active Secret clearance on first day of employment </li></ul> <p>Required Certification:</p> <ul> <li>Cybersecurity Workforce Level II cert i.e. Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP and a Vendor operating system certification: i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, RedHat, or Linux </li><li>Or must be willing to obtain/pass certifications within 180 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience providing support for a shipyard environment project </li><li>Familiar with C4ISR/C5ISR Interface Control Documents, Block diagrams, schematics, and Functional Interface Drawings </li><li>Experience with MIL-STD-2106 Development of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures </li><li>Experience with Risk Management Framework process to attain Authority To Operate </li><li>Desired/Key C3ISR, C4ISR, C5ISR, and/or C6ISR Shipboard Systems: </li><li>Integrated Bridge System </li><li>Gyrocompass (e.g., WSN-7) </li><li>Surface Search Radars (e.g., AN/SPY-6, SPS-series) </li><li>UHF, HF, VHF Marine Radios </li><li>Shipboard Communication Cabinets </li><li>Shipboard Alarms and Interior Communications (Safety, Warning Systems) </li><li>Fathometer and Depth Sounding Systems </li><li>Global Positioning Systems (GPS) </li><li>Sonar Mission System (SMS) </li><li>Extremely High Frequency (EHF) Communications </li><li>NIPRNET, SIPRNET, SI LAN </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.</p> <p>SAIC is a premier Fortune 500 mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
