<p>Kforce is working with a client in search of a Business Analyst (ISO Circular Support) to join their team! This position is full time, direct hire. They offer pension plans, strong 401K match, and they have excellent retention!</p> <p>This position is remote, but you must reside in one of the following states with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time: CT, DE, FL, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, WI.</p> <p>Position Summary: The Business Analyst - ISO Circular support will be responsible for ongoing Functional analysis, support and requirements gathering for periodic ISO circular updates for all of commercial LOBs.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze applications, elicit requirements, support development and testing team on functional side of the systems </li><li>Manage essential process documentation of functional and technical solutions by collaborating with business and IT to gather business requirements, provide expertise and guidance and help execute plans to enhance business capability, achieve results </li><li>Analyze ISO ERC content, discuss observations with business, identify and establish approach for adopting ISO circulars </li><li>Process and Procedure analysis and mapping </li><li>Create and maintain JIRA user story cards and documentations in SharePoint </li><li>Implement training and troubleshooting </li><li>Coordinate and Support User Acceptance Testing and User Training </li><li>Coordinate and Support and UAT efforts and defect management </li><li>Participate in facilitation and requirements elicitation sessions* Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a business analyst in P&C commercial lines </li><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience with ISO commercial lines product offerings - coverage, rating, rules, and forms </li><li>Experience in writing User stories and features required </li><li>Experience in Agile methodology </li><li>Experience collaborating with Business, Development and QA teams required </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites </li><li>Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand data flows and the flow between complex, integrated systems required </li><li>Proficient in working directly with business stakeholders to understand business processes, gather & document requirements to implement ISO circular updates </li><li>Have good organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills, both written and verbal, in both technical and non-technical forums </li><li>Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the business of property and casualty insurance marketplace, commercial product offerings, advisory (ISO/NCCI/AAIS) agencies, regulatory and compliance agencies and related business functions </li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities </li><li>Able to work independently </li></ul>
