<p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Interact with internal and outside sales people, vendors and contractors. </li><li>Responsible for showroom merchandising and re-stocking product. </li><li>Assist in resolving customer relations problems with both dealers and end users. </li><li>Complete sales order process for customers with efforts to up-sell associated items. </li><li>Daily loading and unloading of products. </li><li>Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise. </li><li>Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy. </li><li>Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed. </li><li>Assist with physical inventory and inventory control. </li><li>Appropriate use and maintenance of OF device. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to external customers. </li><li>Ensure grounds and warehouse are kept neat, orderly, and safe for employees and customer traffic. </li><li>Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties. </li><li>Wear appropriate PPE. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry. </li><li>Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service. </li><li>Ability to work independently, but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames. </li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. </li><li>A willingness to learn and grow with our Company. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. </li><li>Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level. </li><li>Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred. </li><li>Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred. </li><li>6 months Warehouse experience including forklift operation. </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday.
