<p>Our Opportunity:</p> <p>Chewy is seeking an Associate Director, Instock Management to join our Supply Chain Team based in Minneapolis, MN. The Associate Director will lead a high-performing team of 3- 5 while being responsible all aspects of inventory management including (but not limited to): in stock strategy, inventory performance, vendor improvement, key supply chain initiatives and internal cross-functional partnerships. We are looking for someone who has the skills, passion, and drive to succeed!</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all aspects of supply planning and inventory management </li><li>Manage direct and indirect reports as well as aspects of hiring and recruiting </li><li>Manage a team of 3-5 Instock Managers </li><li>Manage both National Brands and Private Label </li><li>Work with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Vendor Compliance, EDI, Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to identify areas of opportunity to improve total supply chain performance </li><li>Identify, marshal, and organize resources to meet required goals </li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop consensus process/project plans </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Business Management </li><li>MBA preferred </li><li>5+ years of supply planning experience </li><li>Current managerial responsibility of a team of 3+ </li><li>Ability to collaborate with cross functional stake holders, influence decisions, and recommend a course of action based on data analytics </li><li>Ability to think creatively and build innovative solutions to complex challenges </li><li>Ability to drive process improvement with a focus on automation and continuous improvement </li><li>Ability to operate and scale in a growing, fast-paced, and dynamic environment </li><li>Superior organizational, self-motivation and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong knowledge in purchasing, forecasting and inventory management systems </li><li>Proven record of building teams, developing solutions, and delivering results </li><li>Previous demand planning, supply planning, inventory management is a requirement </li><li>Private Label experience a plus </li><li>Advanced technical skills with MS Excel, SQL and/or Tableau skills preferred </li><li>Position may require some travel </li></ul>
