<p>Role Title: Microsoft Copilot Trainer - Part-Time (10-20 hours/weekly)</p> <p>Duration: 6-12 Month Contract</p> <p>Preferred Location: Candidates local to Raleigh HQ are preferred</p> <p>Role Description:</p> <p>We're seeking a Microsoft Copilot Trainer to deliver training sessions for internal end users and executive stakeholders as part of a Microsoft Copilot adoption initiative. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills who enjoys helping others navigate new technologies in a clear and relatable way.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver live virtual and occasional in-person training sessions for internal teams and leadership </li><li>Tailor content and delivery style to a range of audiences, from end users to senior stakeholders </li><li>Support Copilot rollout and change management efforts by promoting best practices and encouraging adoption </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to stay aligned with evolving use cases and training needs </li><li>Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource to address questions and reduce user friction </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot </li><li>Background in change management or digital transformation initiatives </li><li>Comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership </li><li>Ability to learn and confidently present Microsoft Copilot features and workflows </li><li>Prior experience in a training, enablement, customer success, or user adoption role is preferred </li></ul>
