<p>WMCT Tennis Assistant - seasonal-2026</p> <p>$15-$20 per hour based on experience.</p> <p>Arch Amenities Group, the world's leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking Tennis Assistants for the Non- Profit West Michigan Community Tennis. Tennis Assistants are responsible for teaching tennis and education curriculum to students in the community of the Greater Grand Rapids area. This person will assist the site leader by incorporating WMCT programming. They will assist by providing tennis lessons and Be Nice curriculum lessons and offer advice and tips to players at all levels. They will assist in group tennis lessons to kids through adults. Year-round part-time work may be available.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Teach advised tennis curriculum to groups in area parks/schools, or Premier Tennis Center </li><li>Teach Be Nice curriculum at their location. </li><li>Report any incidents or accidents to the Tennis Director and or Facility Manager immediately. </li><li>Implement programs for adults and juniors. </li><li>Attending required training. </li><li>Help Support the Hello Insight Youth Survey </li><li>Potential for continuing at schools in the fall and spring after school or in PE classes. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Have a knowledge of the game. Have some experience playing the game at a competitive level. (Coach or pro level preferred) </li><li>Must be USTA Safe Play Approved </li><li>Knowledge of the game, technique, scoring. </li><li>Be able to feed balls and run drills. </li><li>Provide an organized and safe environment. </li><li>Strong team player </li><li>Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic. </li><li>Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. </li><li>Energetic, enthusiastic, encouraging, and motivational </li><li>Professional manner, discretion, and appearance </li></ul> <p>Arch Amenities Group is an equal employment opportunity employer that is committed to having a diverse work force.
