With 5 facilities located within 25 miles of our corporate office and a team of nearly 500 dedicated employees, we support approximately 120 computer users in a dynamic and fast-paced computing environment.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Computer Technician/Analyst to join our IT department. This individual will be responsible for supporting all facets of our computing infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and enterprise-level hardware. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical support and administration for approximately 120 end users across five locations. </li><li>Administer and support Microsoft Windows 11 and the Microsoft Suite of Tools </li><li>Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), with hands-on administrative experience. </li><li>Build, configure, and deploy Dell workstations and laptops, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. </li><li>Maintain, troubleshoot, and support basic networking infrastructure; experience with Ubiquiti and SonicWall equipment is a plus. </li><li>Travel between local facilities as needed for on-site support. </li><li>Work in varied environments, including hot, dirty, and potentially physically demanding settings. </li><li>Lift and transport equipment weighing up to 35 lbs. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-10 years of experience in computer support/IT analysis, preferably in a high-pressure computing environment. </li><li>Demonstrable experience administering Microsoft Windows 11. </li><li>Solid experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics D365. </li><li>Expertise in network, social networking, and email security best practices, ensuring protection against cyber threats and data breaches. </li><li>Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining Dell workstations. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. </li><li>Must have a solid, verifiable employment history. </li><li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between company sites. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Dynamics D365 administrative experience is a tremendous PLUS! </li><li>Familiarity with Ubiquiti and SonicWall networking equipment. </li><li>Certifications in Microsoft technologies, Dell hardware, or networking are a PLUS! </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <ul> <li>Be part of a stable and respected company with over four decades of success. </li><li>Work in a role that offers variety, responsibility, and room to grow. </li><li>Join a collaborative IT team supporting real-world production operations. </li></ul>
