This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.</p> <p>In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in the end-to-end client service delivery model and reports on client satisfaction. </li><li>Participate in issue resolution of moderately complex day-to-day issues and engages internal partners as needed. </li><li>Collect data on the execution of service commitments. </li><li>Build their understanding of clients' business. </li><li>Serve as a project member on projects to help clients streamline their operating model across our franchise. </li><li>Engage in a culture of continuous service improvement, including digital adoption. </li><li>Build relationships with business partners. </li><li>May engage in client service activities related to client service or sales support, including assisting in the creation of RFPs, KPIs or client documents by providing required data. </li><li></li></ul> <p>To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required </li><li>Client Service experience preferred </li><li>Financial Services experience preferred </li><li>Retirement account expertise preferred </li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills </li><li>3-5 years of total work experience preferred </li></ul> <p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $83,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.</p> <p>This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.</p>
