If you're passionate about dental health, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and are committed to excellence, we want to meet you!</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Provide chairside and clinical support during exams and procedures </li><li>Take impressions for models and denture appliances </li><li>Place and remove rubber dams or other isolation devices </li><li>Ensure patient comfort and safety during appointments; communicate observations to the dentist </li><li>Assist in discussing treatment plans with patients and act as a liaison between provider and patient </li><li>Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care </li><li>Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms in compliance with infection control standards </li></ul> <p>Apply today to join a team that values your skills and supports your professional growth while making a lasting impact in the lives of others.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>For Dental Assistant:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>CPR Certification </li><li>8-Hour Infection Control Certificate </li><li>Willing and able to travel to other MCHC sites for trainings, meetings, and/or to cover shifts as needed. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a dental office with Electronic Health Records (EHR) </li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent) </li><li>California X-ray License </li></ul> <p>For Registered Dental Assistant (RDA):</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License </li><li>CPR Certification </li><li>California X-ray License </li><li>Coronal Polish Certificate </li><li>Sealant Certificate </li><li>Willing and able to travel to other MCHC sites for trainings, meetings, and/or to cover shifts as needed. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a dental office with Electronic Health Records (EHR) </li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent) </li></ul> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$23 to $30 an hour, DOE & Current Licensing</p>
