This is a full-time, hourly position.</p> <p>You will be responsible for carrying out test plans for new & existing products based on the Product Requirements and Engineering Specifications. You should be able to drive the projects independently, and support QA concerns in meetings with cross-functional and project teams.</p> <p>Needed Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Quick learner with a great attitude </li><li>Have excellent interpersonal skills - verbal and written communication </li><li>Self-starter, capable of working independently </li><li>Experience with one or more of the following: mechanical parts, gears, castings, plastic parts, injection molding, tooling, jigs, fixtures, or automotive high-volume quality manufacturing engineering </li><li>Able to maintain high attention to detail even while working on repetitive tasks. </li><li>Able to lift 70 lbs </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Quick learner with a great attitude:</p> <ul> <li>Strong in mechanical problem-solving and logical thinking skills </li><li>Experience using calipers and digital microscopes </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Excel and using basic formulas </li><li>Understanding of sum, max, min, average, standard deviation, etc. </li><li>Ability to collect, collate, and present data and findings from tests. </li></ul> <p>Preferred skills:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of current Cricut products: Explore, Maker, Easy Press and other products and tools </li><li>Experience testing, analyzing, troubleshooting, or repairing issues with hardware, mechanical, electronic devices </li><li>Experience in root cause analysis and fixing hardware issues </li><li>Creo and/or Solidworks experience </li><li>Hands on experience with machining equipment (tap a hole, mill, and lathe) </li><li>Microcontroller programming: Arduino, C++, python </li><li>Skills in 3D printing and rapid prototyping </li><li>Knowledgeable in production control processes, data analysis six sigma tools such as GR&R, Cp/Cpk, SPC, DOE, correlation analysis, t-tests, confidence intervals, etc. </li><li>Experience with Minitab or other statistical analysis software </li><li>Experience in Mechanical design with CAD </li><li>Knowledge of DC circuits </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>No remote positions are available.
