<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Business Financial Manager to join the Aerospace Division site in Haifa</p> <p>The role includes financial management and support for diverse projects, building financial forecasts and project budgets, and monitoring performance in aspects of sales, receipts, new orders, costs, and profitability.</p> <p>This position involves working closely with managers across the organization and subsidiaries, managing planning versus execution, and coordinating daily collaboration with multiple interfaces-program managers, production, engineering, procurement, and more.</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <p>Building and managing project budgets within the business unit, including sales, costs, and cash flow aspects</p> <p>Managing financial risks for projects, identifying deviations, and providing recommendations for improvement</p> <p>Preparing forecasts and monitoring actual performance versus plan and forecast</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>B.A. in Economics or Industrial Engineering and Management</p> <p>M.A. - Advantage</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience in financial forecasting and budget control</p> <p>High analytical skills, accuracy, independence, and business acumen</p> <p>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities</p> <p>Good command of English</p> <p>High proficiency with information systems, especially Office and ERP applications</p> <p>Strong teamwork, collaboration, and quick, independent learning with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple interfaces</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
