Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems to streamline our processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, develop innovative testing tools, and establish efficient testing processes.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI and API testing. </li><li>Implement and manage automation strategies using tools like Selenium, TestNG, and Java. </li><li>Create and manage test cases, data, and results using JSON. </li><li>Optimize testing workflows by integrating advanced prompts for AI tools like ChatGPT. </li><li>Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing and deployment. </li><li>Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle. </li><li>Identify gaps in workflows, mitigate risks, and propose application improvements. </li><li>Create end-to-end test plans; execute the plan and manage all activities to ensure that all objectives are met and the solution works as expected. </li><li>Review specification documents, requirements, business processes, and design documents to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks. </li><li>Help organize, prioritize, and delegate testing assignments. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent technical training or work experience is also acceptable. </li><li>5+ years of professional experience in software QA and automation testing. </li><li>Proven experience building and managing test frameworks for API testing. </li><li>Strong knowledge of test design principles and manual testing methodologies. </li><li>Expertise in automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, and Jenkins. </li><li>Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. </li><li>Excellent knowledge of JSON and data-driven testing. </li><li>Ability to create testing frameworks from scratch and manage test environments. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work. </li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to type and look at a computer screen for long periods of the day.
