<p>Job Title: CNC Operator (Homag 310 & Edgebander)</p> <p>Company: Closet Factory</p> <p>Location: Tualatin, Oregon</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM</p> <p>Compensation: DOE (Depends on Experience)</p> <p>Closet Factory, a national leader in custom closets and home organization systems, is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team. We are looking for a motivated individual with proven experience operating woodworking machinery, especially a Homag N300 CNC and Homag edge banders.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate and maintain a Homag Centatec N 300 CNC machine </li><li>Operate Homag edge banding equipment </li><li>Interpret and execute production drawings accurately </li><li>Work with precision using the 32mm cabinet system (experience preferred but not required) </li><li>Maintain clean and safe working conditions </li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a woodworking or cabinet shop environment </li><li>Familiarity with Homag CNC and edge banding machines </li><li>Understanding of the 32mm system is a plus </li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship </li><li>Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently </li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods </li></ul> <p>Why Work With Us:</p> <p>Closet Factory has built a reputation for excellence and innovation in home organization.
