Our 114,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.</p> <p>Job Title</p> <p>Director of Program Management</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>The Director of Program Management will lead the strategic transformation of the organization by overseeing the ALM (Asset Life Cycle Management) program and the Data Analytics team. This role is critical in aligning enterprise-wide initiatives with business priorities, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making.</p> <p>Additionally, the Director will provide indirect oversight of site-level Project Management Offices (PMOs) to ensure consistent project governance, resource optimization, and alignment with enterprise goals.</p> <p>What You'll Work On</p> <p>Strategic Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Lead the ALM (Asset Life Cycle Management) program to optimize asset lifecycle performance and align with enterprise strategy. </li><li>Oversee the Data Analytics team to deliver insights that power ALM (Asset Life Cycle Management) and other strategic initiatives. </li><li>Support organizational change by aligning program priorities with evolving business needs. </li></ul> <p>Program & Portfolio Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage global program scope, risks, schedules, resources, and budgets. </li><li>Establish and maintain a cadence for business planning, product release cycles, and performance reviews. </li><li>Oversee portfolio-level financials, including capital and operational expenditures. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Provide indirect leadership to site PMOs, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic goals. </li><li>Lead steering committees and ensure program team readiness for key decision points. </li><li>Resolve cross-functional conflicts and escalate critical issues to senior leadership. </li></ul> <p>People Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. </li><li>Conduct performance reviews and support training and mentorship initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Implement standardized tools, templates, and processes across PMOs. </li><li>Champion change management practices to minimize resistance and maximize engagement. </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security standards. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of proven experience leading enterprise-wide programs and/or managing large technical or operational teams within complex organizations </li><li>Strong background in asset lifecycle management, data analytics, and PMO leadership. </li><li>Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cultural transformation. </li></ul> <p>APPLY NOW:</p> <p>Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
