<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Prepares meals according to the daily menu and diet specifications in order to ensure successful completion of daily meal service operations.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities for a Cook:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing meals </li><li>Verify tray tickets </li><li>Wash & sanitize dishware </li><li>Clean & sanitize equipment </li><li>Operate all food service equipment in a safe manner </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write, make simple calculations and follow oral or written instructions. A high school diploma is preferred.
