Our site, Albéa Lodz Plastics is specialized in Plastic Tubes manufacturing for the Cosmetic Mass Market for global and local Brands.</p> <p>Scope</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for customer product development </li><li>Based on LO LTP plant - CS Dept. </li></ul> <p>Main activities</p> <ul> <li>Manage the client's portfolio of new projects to ensure the appropriate level of customer service in this area. </li><li>Creating and following the project milestones for particular new developments (Retroplaning). </li><li>Manage and ensure accuracy of data in SAP and WebCenter to show customer requirements & promises on SAP and/or WebCenter for new project development. </li><li>Participate in/identify continuous improvement projects to further our Lean to Win execution. </li><li>Oversee liability negotiation processes to achieve project timeline. </li><li>Convert corporate initiatives into language & priorities for local supply chain execution. </li><li>Assure proactive actions in case of crisis. </li></ul> <p>Accountability including KPIs</p> <ul> <li>Guarantee - high level of Customer Service. </li><li>Ensure - high reactivity and reliability of work on daily basis. </li><li>Be accountable for 95% of projects finished on time as required by client. </li></ul> <p>Profile (Experience & qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Project Management or simmilar </li><li>3 years experience in Project Management </li><li>Fluent in both written and oral English, French will be an added advantage </li><li>Knowledge of SAP system </li></ul>
