This position plays a vital role in promoting the psychological well-being of incarcerated individuals by assisting licensed psychologists with assessments, treatment planning, therapeutic programming, and documentation.</p> <p>As an Associate to a Psychologist, you will help facilitate mental health evaluations, gather clinical information, assist with group interventions, and support the daily operations of the mental health unit. You will work closely with psychologists, social workers, medical staff, and security personnel to ensure coordinated, ethical, and effective care.</p> <p>We are looking for a motivated professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals with diverse mental health needs.
