Our Curriculum is SO much fun! </li><li>Foster a Safe, Positive Classroom Environment: Maintain an organized, joyful, and supportive classroom that promotes preschoolers' independence, creativity, and confidence while following all childcare licensing regulations. </li><li>Support Children's Growth & School Readiness: Observe, assess, and document developmental progress in areas such as problem-solving, communication, fine/gross motor skills, collaboration, and early academic skills. </li><li>Build Strong Family Partnerships: Share daily updates, photos, learning highlights, and progress reports using our communication tools and mobile app to keep families connected and engaged. </li><li>Collaborate with Teaching Staff: Lead and mentor assistant teachers to ensure a consistent, warm, and enriching preschool learning experience; contribute to team planning and center-wide initiatives. </li><li>Promote Social-Emotional Development: Guide preschoolers through routines, transitions, conflict resolution, and self-regulation using positive guidance techniques. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience as a Preschool Lead Teacher or similar role in a licensed childcare, daycare, or early childhood education center. </li><li>Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required. </li><li>Strong understanding of preschool development, early learning standards, play-based instruction, and kindergarten readiness. </li><li>Knowledge of state and local childcare licensing requirements, preschool safety standards, and appropriate classroom ratios. </li><li>Demonstrated skills in classroom leadership, communication, and positive behavior guidance. </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $20.00 per hour</p> <p>This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
