<p>Thank you for considering a career at Mercy Health!</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours:</p> <p>40</p> <p>Work Shift:</p> <p>Days (United States of America)</p> <p>Patient Relations Representative - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital</p> <p>As a patient facing position, this role solicits and receives patient feedback on their experience during care in acute/hospital settings, and collaborates with leaders and stakeholders to achieve resolution of concerns. This role also develops recommendations on prevention of future concerns/grievances through trended data.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates at a facility level with key leaders and stakeholders to achieve early resolution of concerns. </li><li>Develops and deploys problem solving practices to alleviate or reduce known trends to reduce overall concerns and grievances. </li><li>Completes regulatory requirements for concern and complaint resolution. </li><li>Maintains facility level reports for complaints and grievances, prepares reports for share with key stakeholders including facility, market, group and system leadership as well as quality and risk management. </li><li>Receives patient feedback and concerns (through variety of methods/mediums) and proactively work toward resolution. </li></ul> <p>EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:</p> <p>Associates Degree in Healthcare, Nursing or a related field.</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree Preferred</p> <p>MINIMUM YEARS AND TYPE OF EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>1-3 Years' Experience in healthcare and a demonstrated ability of service recovery and improvement skills</p> <p>Mercy Health is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>As a Mercy Health associate, you're part of a Misson that matters.
