<p>KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):</p> <ul> <li>Provide individual counseling & mentoring, small group interventions, and general programming designed to promote social & emotional learning for Club youth </li><li>Collaborate with Club families, staff & leadership, and community partners to provide trauma-responsive services for all Club Youth </li><li>Provide field supervision to student interns from the University of Tennessee College of Social Work and/or other universities </li><li>Build & maintain partnerships with community agencies, organizations, and stakeholders </li></ul> <p>INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain up to date, organized and confidential documentation </li><li>Assist program director with grant management tasks by maintaining accurate and timely reports, outcomes measures, photographs and other data as needed </li><li>Assist in program needs assessments, evaluations, and proposal writing as needed </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Masters of Social Work Degree from an accredited college or university </li><li>One-year experience required; LMSW encouraged </li><li>Commitment & compliance with the NASW Code of Ethics and Values </li><li>Commitment to Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley mission & core values </li><li>Ability to work both independently on projects and in a team setting </li><li>Experience working with youth and knowledge of youth development strategies </li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to support members, families, and staff in crisis or high priority situations </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul>
