<p>Pay Rate: $25 - $32 per hour</p> <p>Schedule: Monday through Friday (Full-Time, 40 hours/week)</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>McCallum Place is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the nutritional health and overall well-being of our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.</p> <p>Schedule & Flexibility:</p> <p>This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. While there is no set daily schedule, work hours may vary depending on assigned duties. We offer a unique approach that combines on-site medical and psychiatric care with intensive individualized psychotherapy-creating a center of excellence and a strong alternative to traditional hospital settings.</p> <p>Our programs integrate:</p> <ul> <li>Personalized nutritional support </li><li>Evidence-based best practices </li><li>A structured, supportive environment for restoration and healing </li></ul> <p>At McCallum Place, you'll join a team committed to clinical excellence and compassionate care.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counseling. </li><li>Approve patient menus and nutritional supplements. </li><li>Advise patients and their families on nutritional principles, dietary plans, diet modifications and food selection and preparation. </li><li>Provide nutritional assessments per facility policy and regulation. </li><li>Review and approve menus developed by the facility. </li><li>Counsel individuals and groups on basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits and nutrition monitoring to improve their quality of life. </li><li>Consult with physicians and health care personnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of patient. </li><li>Participate in treatment team as appropriate. </li><li>Review and approve facility diet manual annually in conjunction with medical staff. </li><li>Promote better health by speaking to groups about diet, nutrition and the relationship between good eating habits and preventing or managing specific diseases. </li><li>Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards as needed. </li></ul> <p>OTHER FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Dietetics, Nutrition or similar field acceptable for licensure. </li><li>Experience with Eating Disorders and Substance use strongly preferred in facilities working with those patient populations. </li></ul> <p>LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Current registered dietician or registration as required by state or eligible for endorsement by the state in which the facility provides services. </li><li>ServSafe certification or similar food safety certification where required by the state or facility. </li></ul> <p>We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual's characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.</p> <p>AHMKT</p> <p>#LI-MPED</p>
