We are seeking a Credentialing Analyst Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare providers meet all credentialing and compliance standards.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm</p> <p>Pay: $24.99/hr.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Process initial and re-credentialing applications for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physicians </li><li>Monitor expired licensure, compliance, and credentialing databases to ensure accuracy </li><li>Manage system access for providers with out-of-compliance licensure or board certification </li><li>Conduct compliance monitoring and alert leadership of any concerns </li><li>Process malpractice insurance verifications and maintain provider credentialing records </li><li>Support payer enrollment and assist with resolving claims issues </li><li>Maintain and update provider information in internal systems and SharePoint </li><li>Assist with payer audits and ensure adherence to Joint Commission, NCQA, and URAC standards </li><li>Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency </li><li>Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to meet deadlines </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with credentialing experience </li><li>Strong understanding of credentialing standards and compliance regulations </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently </li><li>NAMSS Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification preferred </li><li>Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Business preferred </li></ul> <p>We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, and more.</p> <p>Be a part of a company that is making a difference in healthcare!
