<p>Commercial Loan Operations Assistant (LOA)</p> <p>Are you ready to make a significant impact on the commercial lending process? United Community is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial LOA to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers (CRMs) and Commercial Loan Closers to support both new and existing customers, ensuring a seamless credit facilitation process.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Provide sales and administrative support to CRMs and other partners. </li><li>Assist in loan production by collecting, ordering, and tracking necessary information for risk assessment and underwriting. </li><li>Prepare written communications on behalf of CRMs, such as commitment letters, term sheets, and thank you notes. </li><li>Monitor reporting and identify necessary actions for maturities, auto-renew letters of credit, insurance, and real estate taxes. </li><li>Provide exceptional service and respond to internal and external customer requests </li><li>Collaborate with CRMs, Commercial Loan Closers, Underwriters, Doc Prep, and/or outside counsel on loan closings. </li></ul> <p>Requirements For Success:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in credit or customer service within the financial services industry </li><li>Preferred: Experience with commercial loans </li><li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills </li><li>Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations </li><li>Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities </li></ul> <p>Conditions of Employment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check </li><li>This is a full-time, non-remote position </li></ul> <p>FLSA Status:</p> <ul> <li>Non-Exempt </li></ul> <p>Ready to take your career to the next level?
