We are a team of like-minded people pushing the boundaries of state of the art applications for submarine design, manufacturing and construction.</p> <p>The IT Supply Chain Oracle development group has openings for highly motivated software engineers to support Electric Boats customization of our mainframe application suite. These applications span both our financial and design and build capabilities which will support our goal of reducing program cost and prepare the company to face the challenges and opportunities of a modernized digital enterprise. Our team members must have strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.</p> <p>You will grow your skills, work with the cutting edge technologies and introduce new tools and techniques to the team. There are plenty of opportunities for leadership growth as well.</p> <p>Hybrid work schedule is available, position is located in Groton, CT.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Primarily responsible for developing customizations for EBs mainframe applications that support Finance applications as well as applications that support the design and building capabilities </li><li>Responsible for developing customizations for applications up and downstream of the mainframe applications. </li><li>Maintenance of software applications throughout the lifecycle of the product </li><li>Works closely with end users and other development teams to translate functional and design specifications into technical solutions.
