<p>Part-Time Facilities & Courier Supervisor</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>This position does not require special training or education for employment. However, technical experience, certifications and/ or references is helpful. The Handyman position is part time. Though work could be seasonal, where more hours are spent during the summer versus winter. Average 20-25 hours per week.</p> <p>The Handyman should be a general fix-it specialist who uses problem-solving and technical skills to solve maintenance problems. You will be required to perform many different tasks associated with our request and by also picking up work orders. It might be necessary to meet with the requestor and discuss expectations and what needs to be done. A Handyman's responsibilities should revolve around general maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness in the organization to ensure that facilities and equipment in the organization are in good shape at all times for human utilization. You will see to it that objects and facilities in the Bank, such as furniture, equipment, and stationery are cleared out of the way in order not obstruct movement of staff and customers. You must also guarantee the safety of individuals that may cause harm to individuals when in bad condition. The Handyman must also dispose of all waste properly after the job is finished.</p> <p>The Handyman must keep good records of hours and expenses and stay within a budget. You must be able to work independently, take pride in your work and have the pride to serve customers well. He should have to ability to climb ladders, bend down, kneel for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
