<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>$10,000 sign on bonus with benefits DAY 1!* </li></ul> <p>Coverage Region: Hartford</p> <p>Schedule is M-F, 8a- 5p with one weekend every 4 weeks and typically 2-3 holidays a year that are rotated</p> <p>This position is 100% home care providing services in patients private homes.</p> <p>Hospice RN Case Manager position summary</p> <p>Our hospice RNs use cutting edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional, compassionate care to patients with life-limiting or terminal illnesses in their homes.
