<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Salesperson at Tom Wood Powersports is responsible for selling powersports vehicles, accessories, and related products while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for powersports. The Salesperson will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet customers and provide a welcoming dealership experience. </li><li>Sell powersports vehicles, accessories, and related products to meet dealership sales goals. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports products, features, and promotions. </li><li>Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and budget. </li><li>Prepare and process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. </li><li>Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. </li><li>Maintain showroom and lot presentation standards. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to operate powersports vehicles. </li><li>Basic computer skills for processing sales and maintaining records. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous sales experience in automotive or powersports industry. </li><li>Knowledge of powersports products and accessories. </li><li>Experience with dealership management systems is a bonus. </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Customer Service Orientation: Ability to create a positive experience for every customer. </li><li>Sales Skills: Strong ability to influence and close deals. </li><li>Product Knowledge: Understanding of powersports vehicles and accessories. </li><li>Communication Skills: Clear and professional interaction with customers and team members. </li><li>Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve goals. </li><li>Request verifications, additional documents, and other items, as needed </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <p>Pay: $15-$18/hr + commissions</p> <p>As a member of the Tom Wood Group, you'll not only have a solid career foundation, but you will also receive the benefits associated with a large corporation.
