<p>Local HVAC Contractors in Columbia SC is hiring for a Lead HVAC Installer!</p> <p>Pay Rate: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience</p> <p>Work Schedule: Monday through Friday</p> <p>Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm with overtime during peak season</p> <p>Benefits: Medical insurance - 75% employer paid, 6 Paid holidays, 80 hours of paid time off, Company uniform, Tool reimbursement program, Supplemental insurance options, Use of company vehicle and gas card, Monthly performance-based bonuses</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Overseeing job site and timely job completion </li><li>Installs are residential retrofit/ changeout, and new installs </li><li>Lead will be overseeing and mentoring helper </li><li>Start up of newly installed equipment </li><li>Consult customers about products, installation, and answer any questions </li><li>Arrive every morning at the shop to clock in via Service Titan and prepare the day's installs </li><li>Excellent customer service </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3 + years of residential HVAC installation experience (retrofit / changeout) </li><li>Team lead experience </li><li>EPA Universal Certification </li><li>Customer service </li><li>Able to lift 70 lbs. </li><li>Service Titan experience a plus! </li><li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving record </li></ul>
