<p>Job Title: Licensed Architect</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect with a professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of 5 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead architectural projects from concept through construction. </li><li>Conduct site evaluations and develop comprehensive architectural plans. </li><li>Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project alignment. </li><li>Manage project schedules, quality control, and construction administration. </li><li>Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Revit. </li><li>Experience in architectural design and drafting. </li><li>Ability to produce construction documents. </li><li>Experience in design development and schematic design. </li><li>Strong technical skills and experience across all phases of project development. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. </li><li>Excellent organizational and project management abilities. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in Columbia, TN and will be primarily in-office.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
