<p>Description</p> <p>$5,000 Lump Sum Sign On Bonus paid within 30 days of start!</p> <p>Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician</p> <p>Full Time - 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) / Monday thru Friday with a weekend rotation</p> <p>The Lead Pharmacy Technician / Inventory Specialist ensures availability of medications for the care of patients throughout the organization, oversees all medication related purchasing and inventory control related functions, provides supervision for the day-to-day distributive services of the pharmacy through effective productivity under the direct supervision of pharmacist(s), the Lead Pharmacist/ Clinical Coordinator and the Director of Pharmacy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the oversight of medication acquisition, storage, security, preparation, and distribution. Responsible for fostering an environment where pharmacy services are provided in an accurate, appropriate, and timely manner. Demonstrates a high level of competence, professionalism, and customer service.
