<p>Position: Merchandiser Lead</p> <p>On-site position: will service product in multiple stores and travel between them</p> <p>Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, NC</p> <p>Reports To: Supervisor of Merchandising</p> <p>Servicing Zip Code (and surrounding areas): 28205</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Wage $18 to include Travel time between accounts is paid. </li><li>Referral Retention bonus after 6 months as defined in the Program details. </li></ul> <p>Direct Reports: None</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule. </li></ul> <p>Travel: Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>6 months-1 year merchandising experience required. </li><li>Strong interpersonal </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication </li><li>Able to multitask and detail- </li><li>Professional </li><li>Adherence to the company's attendance </li><li>Reliable transportation for </li><li>Able to use Movista and/or other company-required </li><li>Personal cell phone and mobile device, such as a </li><li>Experience with Word, Excel, the internet, and email </li></ul> <p>Employment contingent on background check, 4 panel drug test (does not include THC), and MVR clearance.</p> <p>Summary of Responsibilities:</p> <p>75% Merchandising</p> <ul> <li>Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate Safely and efficiently replenish product. May assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines. </li><li>Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by Supervisor.
