<p>Horizon Retail Construction, an established national general contractor, is looking for a Senior Helpdesk Technician at our corporate headquarters in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.</p> <p>Summary of responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Set up and deploy iPad, iPhone & Laptops to End Users </li><li>Provides help desk support for End Users </li><li>Analyzes and evaluates helpdesk tickets and makes recommendations for improvements and training needs </li><li>Write or revise training manuals and procedures </li><li>Provide training to end users </li><li>Manage Device Inventory </li><li>Assist/Lead IT projects and business initiatives </li><li>Manage Apple phones/MDM </li><li>Manage corporate phone contract </li><li>Support Reprographics department </li><li>Create and provide training to L1 Technician as necessary </li><li>Research and test new hardware and software </li><li>Develop forms & flows using Power Platform </li></ul> <p>Summary of Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5 Yrs Experience with Windows and Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) </li><li>Experience with Apple products (iPhone & iPad) </li><li>5 Yrs Experience with Microsoft O365 products (SharePoint, Teams, Teams Voice, OneDrive, Power Automate/Flows) </li><li>IT Help Desk Experience </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment to meet critical deadlines </li><li>Ability to problem solve and take initiative </li></ul> <p>Summary of Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors or Associates Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred OR Actively Pursuing a College Degree in Information Technology will also be considered </li><li>Experience with cloud computing services (e.g., Azure) </li><li>Experience with Ticket and Asset Management software (e.g., Lansweeper) </li><li>Experience with Power Platform </li><li>Proficient Apple Device User </li></ul>
