(MKE)</p> <p>SHIFT - Multiple Shifts Available to Meet your Lifestyle</p> <ul> <li>1st shift, 4 Day Work Week - Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00AM to 5:30PM </li><li>1st shift, 4 Day Work Week - Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00AM to 5:30PM </li><li>1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM </li><li>2nd shift, 4 Day Work Week - Monday through Thursday, 1:00 to 11:30 (SHIFT PREMIUM OFFERED) </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION/BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Compensation depends on experience </li><li>Private Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability Insurance </li><li>401(k) retirement savings plan with company match </li><li>Employee referral bonus program </li><li>Paid Vacation and Holidays </li></ul> <p>DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine scheduled maintenance and inspection of aircraft </li><li>Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals </li><li>Complete all necessary electronic record keeping </li><li>Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs to minimize aircraft downtime </li><li>Troubleshoot and conduct electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and powerplant issues </li><li>Install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand tools and power tools </li><li>Be a team player, work together in a group to accomplish projects </li></ul> <p>SKILLS & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Candidates must hold an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate </li><li>Prior Embraer, Saab, Dash 8, ATR, or Dornier 328 experience preferred but not required </li><li>Previous supervisory and/or RII experience preferred, but not required </li><li>Skilled in all phases of aircraft maintenance (All airframe and engine work is done in-house) </li><li>We need self-starters with the ability to work well with others </li><li>Pass background check and pre-employment drug test </li></ul> <p>FRE/ACE is a Part 135 airline operating in Milwaukee for 40 years.
