<p>Description</p> <p>POSITION TITLE:</p> <p>NBP Cake Production</p> <p>STATUS:</p> <p>Non-Exempt</p> <p>LOCATION:</p> <p>Napoleon's Bakery Plant</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Reporting to the Napoleon's Bakery Plant Manager and/or manager on duty, this position is primarily responsible for icing and assembling cakes and/or pies in the Cake Production Room.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Preparation of finished cakes and pies based on orders for the day, maintaining quality standards and accuracy in accordance with the recipe. </li><li>Ensures proper tagging and labeling of products </li><li>Assist in other department duties as needed </li><li>Maintains cleanliness and sanitation practices and standards at all time </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Scheduling:</p> <ul> <li>Flexible, available any shift, any day </li></ul> <p>Physical Ability:</p> <ul> <li>Able to lift 25 to 50 pounds </li><li>Able to stand for the entire shift </li></ul> <p>Mental Ability:</p> <ul> <li>Able to do simple math (add, subtract, multiply and do simple fractions) </li><li>Good planning and organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Pre-Employment Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must pass pre-employment physical and drug-screening </li><li>Must also have passed a TB test Dated/Issued within 12 months of date of hire OR Dated/Issued at the age of 16 or older. </li></ul> <p>Environmental Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Able to work in a hot/cold environment </li><li>There are both ambient temperatures and A/C rooms.
