This position requires strong detailed oriented skills.</p> <p>EXAMPLES OF WORK:</p> <p>Major duties will be assigning vehicles and maintaining the department vehicle pool. Duties include, but not limited to:</p> <p>Receiving vehicle use requests and assigning vehicles to staff</p> <p>Maintains vehicle assignment calendar and rotation spreadsheet</p> <p>Maintains vehicle usage tracking reports</p> <p>Verifying vehicle log entries for accuracy</p> <p>Input of logs and monthly maintenance in the FleetWave System</p> <p>Performs routine maintenance, fueling and washing of pool vehicles</p> <p>Ensures all vehicles are locked and secured nightly</p> <p>Monitors, reviews data and provides reports from GEOTAB</p> <p>Serves as back-up to vehicle PIN number assignments and deletions</p> <p>Other duties that may be required are:</p> <p>Monitors Building Maintenance Requests and assigns for appropriate action, also performs maintenance services (i.e. hanging white and cork boards, pictures, keyboard tray installations and furniture assembly).</p> <p>Conducts annual building maintenance reviews, provides reports and works with the Landlord to ensure all items are addressed.</p> <p>Assisting with record dispositions, cataloging records in excel for disposal.</p> <p>Experience working with automobiles and general automobile maintenance.</p> <p>Experience with various tools and ability to lift 35-pound boxes daily, preferred.</p> <p>Performs other duties as required.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:</p> <p>Knowledge of general automobile maintenance and maintenance software's</p> <p>Knowledge of general building maintenance.</p> <p>Knowledge of working with records/ files.</p> <p>Ability to use hand tools</p> <p>Ability to communicate effectively.</p> <p>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others</p> <p>Skilled in the use of personal computers, including a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.</p> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>A High School diploma is required.</p> <p>Valid Florida Drivers License is required.</p> <p>PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING:</p> <p>Preference will be given to candidates with 1-3 years' experience working with fleet operations and building maintenance requests.</p> <p>NOTES:</p> <p>All prospective candidates will be subject to a sex offender check, criminal background checks (state, local and national) and pre-employment drug screening for direct care positions. If initially hired with an out-of-state license, the Florida resident must obtain a valid Florida state driver's license within 30 days of hire. Licenses suspended or revoked for any reason, work permits (Business purpose/Employment/education only licenses) and some types of restricted licenses are not acceptable.
