<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Centric PLM Product Developer in Broomfield, CO.</p> <p>Overview: The Product Developer will support the Product and Merchandising organization in optimizing and enhancing the Centric PLM platform, which underpins product lifecycle and merchandising workflows.</p> <p>This role is highly execution-focused, aimed at reducing backlog and driving hands-on development within Centric, enabling product leaders to focus on strategic ownership. The developer will play a key role in navigating and improving a complex PLM environment while supporting broader platform scalability and integration efforts.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own and execute against the Centric PLM backlog, delivering enhancements and fixes </li><li>Provide hands-on development, configuration, and optimization within Centric PLM </li><li>Design and support REST API integrations between PLM and downstream systems </li><li>Develop and maintain scripts for automation, data loads, and workflow enhancements </li><li>Work with XML/JSON data structures for integrations and data exchange </li><li>Partner with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions </li><li>Improve system usability, workflows, and overall platform performance </li><li>Support analysts by taking on technical execution workstreams </li><li>Help bring structure and clarity to a complex and evolving PLM environment </li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce platform complexity* Hands-on experience with Centric PLM </li><li>Strong background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems </li><li>Experience with REST API development and integration </li><li>Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, or Java) </li><li>Strong working knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts </li><li>Experience working with XML and JSON for system integrations </li><li>Experience building scripts for automation and data processing </li><li>Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a -figure it out- mindset </li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams </li></ul> <p>What Will Set You Up for Success:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to quickly navigate and optimize complex systems (Centric described as a -maze-) </li><li>Strong execution mindset with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes </li><li>Comfort working in a lean team where you take ownership of development work </li><li>Pragmatic approach-focused on solutions over process-heavy delivery models </li><li>Alignment with team collaboration needs (time zone proximity, responsiveness) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience integrating PLM systems with ERP, PIM, DAM, Adobe Illustrator, or eCommerce platforms </li><li>Experience with other PLM platforms such as Flex PLM </li><li>Experience working in product-driven environments alongside product managers and analysts </li></ul>
