Based in Marshalltown, IA location, you will provide in-person factory based training, at Impact Partner offices or customer sites. The Instructor will also be delivering trainings both virtually/remotely. In this role, the individual will update existing and develop new course materials following IACET guidelines and best practice adult learning theory. *Relocation assistance available for selected non-local candidate.</p> <p>AS AN EDUCATION SERVICES INSTRUCTOR, YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct scheduled training sessions at Marshalltown campus, customer sites, sales representative offices, and regional training centers </li><li>Contribute and collaborate with partners on improving course curriculum, student materials, and hands-on workshops </li><li>Assist with the preparation of all necessary instructional materials and equipment for classes </li><li>Work closely with Division product teams to develop and maintain a high degree of technical expertise on assigned topics, product offerings, and related process control equipment </li></ul> <p>WHO YOU ARE:</p> <p>You adjust communication to fit the audience and the message.
