<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skill</p> <ul> <li>Deep expertise in cloud platforms (predominantly Azure, GCP and AWS is a plus ). </li><li>Strong knowledge of cloud compute, storage, and networking services. </li><li>Proven experience with capacity planning, performance engineering, and scalability design. </li><li>Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Cloud-native monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana). </li><li>Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation). </li><li>Strong understanding of Linux systems and cloud networking concepts. </li><li>Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic work environment </li><li>Database expertise in Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Database </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design scalable, resilient, and performance-optimized cloud architectures across compute, storage, and networking layers. </li><li>Define reference architectures and best practices for high-throughput, low-latency, and mission-critical workloads. </li><li>Evaluate and recommend cloud-native services and architectural patterns based on performance characteristics. </li><li>Lead capacity planning, workload modeling, and demand forecasting across cloud platforms. </li><li>Define capacity baselines, growth models, and performance thresholds. </li><li>Analyze historical usage patterns to predict future capacity needs and scaling requirements. </li><li>Partner with finance and FinOps teams to balance capacity availability with cost optimization. </li><li>Establish performance engineering standards and metrics (latency, throughput, utilization, saturation). </li><li>Identify performance bottlenecks across compute, storage, networking, and application layers. </li><li>Lead performance testing, stress testing, and resilience testing initiatives. </li><li>Define and implement cloud scaling strategies (horizontal, vertical, auto-scaling). </li><li>Define observability requirements for capacity and performance at scale. </li><li>Standardize cloud monitoring, alerting, and dashboards. </li><li>Ensure visibility across environments (dev, test, staging, prod). </li><li>Communicate capacity trends, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range $140,000-$150,000Per year</p> <p>TCS Employee Benefits Summary:</p> <p>Discretionary Annual Incentive.</p> <p>Comprehensive Medical Coverage: Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans.</p> <p>Family Support: Matern al & Parental Leaves.</p> <p>Insurance Options: Auto & Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection.</p> <p>Convenience & Professional Growth: Commuter Benefits & Certification & amp; Training Reimbursement.</p> <p>Time Off: Vacation, Time Off, Sick Leave & Holidays.</p> <p>Legal & Financial Assistance: Legal Assistance, 401K Plan, Performance Bonus, College Fund, Student Loan Refinancing.</p> <p>#LI-SP1</p>
