<p>Our newest store located in Sayville, NY is seeking a FT Produce Cut Lead for its busy Produce Department. Our Produce Cut Room Lead (Fruit/Produce Cutter) will collaborate with a team to deliver the finest produce presentation for our customers. All of our produce is fresh, and must be handled, prepared and merchandised properly to deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in our store.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Will prepare fruit salads, cut produce as directed by our company fruit bowl recipe and produce dishes and sides </li><li>Will Lead a team of Produce Clerk (Fruit/Produce Cutters) within the department to ensure that all employees are fulfilling the orders for the day </li><li>Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all work surface tops while carving and cutting our fruit </li><li>Will ensure proper ingredients for each fruit bowl and fruit arrangement, crafting to the selected recipe </li><li>Other duties and functions as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>HS Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Previous experience leading a team within the kitchen </li><li>Experience working with fresh produce and following recipe orders </li><li>Basic knowledge of math, weights, and measures </li><li>Be dependable and reliable </li><li>Must have excellent communication skills </li></ul> <p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(K), 50% off lunch, 25% off in store shopping and more!</p>
