Reporting to the Director, IT Projects & Compliance, the PLM Administrator will be responsible for managing and enhancing our PTC Windchill platform and ensuring seamless integration across our CAD (Creo, SolidWorks), CAE (ANSYS/ Keysight), MES (Aegis) and enterprise systems (Microsoft D365).</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Administrate and support PTC Windchill, including user access, data structures, lifecycles, and workflows. </li><li>Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Windchill and tools like Creo, SolidWorks, ANSYS, D365, and AEGIS MES (as applicable/needed). </li><li>Implement/Maintain workflows and processes, transfer existing documents/CAD files. </li><li>Perform routine system maintenance: performance tuning, updates, patches, and backups. </li><li>Develop and maintain basic automation/scripts to improve data flow and reduce manual work. </li><li>Support engineering and manufacturing teams in resolving PLM-related issues. </li><li>Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures. </li><li>Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, including ITAR, AS9100, and others. </li><li>Help ensure compliance with aerospace standards, including ITAR, AS9100, and others. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the PLM system meets organizational needs. </li><li>Assume accountability for tasks assigned. </li></ul>
