<p>The City of Lincoln Council has an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join our team.</p> <p>You will be part of the Housing Repairs Team, who are responsible for repairing and maintaining 7,800 properties throughout Lincoln. We pride ourselves on providing quality housing and repairs for our tenants.</p> <p>We are looking for a friendly and approachable candidate who will underpin our core values to provide excellent customer care to the residents of Lincoln.</p> <p>We work on a three-tier pay grading approach depending on experience - standard trade, associate task and multi-task. There are opportunities to develop through the tiers.</p> <p>The role will be full time (37hrs per week Mon-Fri) and permanent.
