Typical work assignments include:</p> <ul> <li>Leading the formulation and implementation of evidence-based procedures, and strategic plans designed to support the full talent lifecycle-including recruitment, promotion, and career development across mission-critical law enforcement and administrative occupations. </li><li>Evaluating program outcomes and performance measures to assess effectiveness, ensure compliance with federal HR laws and regulations, and make necessary refinements to address agency priorities and operational demands. </li><li>Overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of rigorous and defensible entry-level and promotional assessment tools, ensuring alignment with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and other regulatory standards. Leading enterprise wide efforts to identify, validate, and apply competency models, job analyses, and performance criteria for key occupational series, including law enforcement and mission support roles. </li><li>Providing full supervisory and managerial oversight to a multidisciplinary team of HR Specialists, program coordinators, and contractors responsible for executing mission critical human capital programs.
