<p>Project Manager</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as the owner's representative, coordinating construction activities without holding contracts. </li><li>Direct and oversee daily field operations to ensure work is coordinated properly. </li><li>Develop, review, and manage project schedules. </li><li>Lead scope development and scope reviews across all trades. </li><li>Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure alignment with project goals. </li><li>Review contracts and support contract administration from an owner's perspective. </li><li>Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports. </li><li>Track progress, issues, and milestones, escalating risks as needed. </li><li>Ensure overall project execution aligns with schedule, scope, and quality expectations. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of Project Management experience. </li><li>Strong field experience is required. </li><li>Comfortable being onsite and directing work daily. </li><li>Project management, construction, and construction management expertise. </li><li>Project coordination, commercial construction, project scheduling, field coordination, and construction supervision. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>12+ years of construction experience. </li><li>Experience as a Project Manager with hands-on field exposure. </li><li>Field-experienced PM preferred over a Superintendent profile. </li><li>Experience supporting construction without self-performing work. </li><li>Ability to manage scopes, schedules, reporting, and subcontractor coordination. </li><li>Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somers, CT.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $72.11 - $81.73/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
