A positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for developing student-athletes</p> <p>Physical demands:</p> <p>The physical demands of this middle school volleyball coaching position require the ability to move actively around the gym for extended periods during practices and games, including frequent standing, walking, and occasional bending, squatting, and reaching to demonstrate drills and correct technique. Coaches must be able to lift and carry equipment such as volleyballs, ball carts, and nets (typically up to 25-40 lbs) and have sufficient hand-eye coordination to assist in drills or demonstrations. Clear and audible verbal communication</p> <p>is essential in a noisy gym environment, and strong visual acuity is required to observe players, assess technique, and make real-time decisions.
