<p>What to Expect</p> <p>Tesla is seeking a Quality Control Manager to support the construction and commissioning projects SEMI Factory, Giga-Factory and other offsite locations in Nevada. In this role, you will develop test procedures, provide support and coach of construction and trades teams, provide alignment on quality needs and liaise with local jurisdiction and operations, ensuring the smooth transition of projects from Design through Startup and end goal of operational state. You will also be part of commissioning and support commissioning activities when required to meet aggressive deadlines or priority projects. Focus will be on CSA, MEP and Fire/Life Safety systems with added support to electrical and controls systems as a strong asset.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Assist with development of the site-specific QA/QC/CX program while driving a quality culture that embraces both "right first time" and continuous learning approach that improves project efficiency and quality </li><li>Cultivating and maintaining good working relationships with 3rd party special inspection vendors. Keep current with daily field report review. Staying diligent on POs and proposals. Learning the purchasing/procurement process as it relates to special inspection vendors </li><li>Maintain a good relationship with local jurisdictions and permitting requests.
