<p>Recycle Plant Process Engineer</p> <p>This position will be based in Wilmington, OH and will also support the Indianapolis, IN plant.</p> <p>Your primary duties and responsibilities will be:</p> <ul> <li>Work as part of the AZEK team to continually improve standards of operation. </li><li>Responsible for running trials to validate new processes/equipment/materials. </li><li>Integrates Lean/Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement in all projects. </li><li>Work with plant maintenance and operations in troubleshooting plant issues. </li><li>Responsible for leading various project related to continuous improvement of equipment and processes within the manufacturing area. </li><li>Responsible for monitoring operational efficiency metrics (i.e. through put, scrap rates, etc.) to recommend changes and/or corrective actions to continue to meet operational goals. </li><li>Work with EHS on implementing safety improvements throughout the plant. </li><li>Manage small CAPEX projects </li><li>Provides training to production and maintenance staff as required. </li><li>Assist with and where required to lead new project development activity. </li><li>Assist in the set-up of new equipment and processes </li></ul> <p>We believe the successful candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree of Science in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. </li><li>2 - 5 years of related experience. </li><li>Strong computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. </li><li>Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) technology. </li></ul> <p>Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $89,500 in our lowest market up to $107,600 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
